7 Day Easy Returns Policy

Our Eco Babies does not offer Refunds for change of mind. Please choose your baby carrier and/or other products with care. Please contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing – we are here to help.

However, you can shop with confidence knowing that we do offer a 7 day easy returns policy on all orders excluding sale items:

  • If you are not happy with your purchase from Our Eco Babies for any reason you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of delivery for store credit of the purchase price (excluding postage costs).
  • Simply email us upon receipt of the product to let us know that you would like to return it, then post the product back to us and we will arrange a store credit for your items.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Our Eco Babies.
  • Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are not received in saleable condition, then at our complete discretion, your return may not be processed.
  • There are no returns or exchanges for products on sale.
  • Our Eco Babies takes no responsibility for any goods damaged or lost via return post and it is your responsibility to retain proof of postage and any associated tracking details from Australia Post or other reputable service provider of your choice.
  • If your order was shipped to you with a free delivery offer, you will receive a store credit for the order value, less our standard flat rate shipping charge of $10.95.

Returns

Outside of the 7 day easy return policy above, our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return of an item, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to be provided for returns to be accepted. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If any of our items sold to you, fail to meet one or more of the ACCC consumer guarantees, you entitled to a remedy – either exchange or refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged, not for changes of mind. In the instance that your item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Our Eco Babies will then reimburse you for your shipping costs incurred.
