Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return of an item, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to be provided for returns to be accepted. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If any of our items sold to you, fail to meet one or more of the ACCC consumer guarantees, you entitled to a remedy – either exchange or refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, not for changes of mind.

Return address will be provided to you upon request for item returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
